The Minister of Economy and Innovation, Delina Ibrahimaj, seems to have achieved what is impossible for ordinary citizens: being in two places at once.
On one hand, Prime Minister Edi Rama broadcasts it "live" on Facebook, giving a speech at the "Double Your Entrepreneurship" event. On the other hand, at the same time, the minister appears on the "live" broadcast of the Parliament, reporting to the Laws Committee, a meeting chaired by Ulsi Manja.
If both broadcasts were truly live, then Delina Ibrahimaj not only defied the laws of physics, but perhaps deserves two salaries, as it turns out she was working in two places at the same time.
Of course, the most likely explanation is that one of the broadcasts was not actually "live", but so far there has been no official explanation for this discrepancy.
Until then, the question remains: where was Minister Delina Ibrahimaj actually and which of the two broadcasts was not "live"?
