United States President Donald Trump is expected to meet King Charles at Windsor Castle today, as part of the first full day of his second state visit to the United Kingdom.
Trump arrived in London last night and declared that “it’s going to be a big day.” He and First Lady Melania Trump spent the night at Winfield House — the residence of the U.S. ambassador to Britain since 1955.
The visit will feature a rich mix of royal ceremonies, trade talks and international affairs, according to the BBC's royal correspondent Sean Coughlan. The agenda includes carriage processions, military parades, Red Arrows flypasts and a state banquet.
