At least five people have been killed in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip, including a 9-year-old child, according to reports.
The attacks continue despite a ceasefire reached in October 2005. Foreign media report that since the ceasefire came into effect, around 800 Palestinians have been killed.
Israel and Hamas continue to accuse each other of violating the ceasefire agreement.
According to health authorities in Gaza, more than 72,500 Palestinians have been killed since the war began in October 2023, the vast majority of whom are civilians.
