Elvis Kosova has been arrested by the state police for illegal possession of a firearm in the Palasa area of the Green Coast resort. Kosova was arrested at noon this Sunday after being caught with a pistol-type firearm.
The 40-year-old is not an unknown name to the police. A year ago, a quantity of explosives was found in his garage, while about two years ago he was arrested because, together with a Turkish citizen, he attempted to appropriate an Audi worth 200 thousand euros from a German citizen through a fraud scheme.
Elvis Kosova is also known as a person who organizes illegal car races as a fan of expensive vehicles.
