The Special Court of Appeal has filed a lawsuit with the Constitutional Court, through which it requests the annulment of the order of the Minister of Finance, Petrit Malaj, and the Treasury branch, as well as the payment of the salaries of judges and administrative staff.
The judges are requesting a lawsuit security measure until the case is resolved on its merits. Today, the Administrative Court accepted the lawsuit of the GJKKO, accepting the lawsuit security and, consequently, the Ministry of Finance and the Treasury branch must unblock the judges' salaries.
Meanwhile, SPAK has begun verifying the criminal report against Minister Malaj, who, among other things, is accused of abuse of office.
