A serious incident occurred last night in the village of Suk, in Roskovec. At around 10:30 PM yesterday evening, 52-year-old Bledar Bakaj went to the house of his former father-in-law Enver Gremaj and, after an argument between them, injured him with a sickle.
Police said the 52-year-old violated a court-ordered protection order to stay away from his cohabitant, the 67-year-old's daughter. But despite the order, he went to their apartment and committed the crime.
The suspected perpetrator of the injury, Bledar Bakaj, was arrested 30 minutes later, near his apartment in the village of Mbërsh, Roskovec, while Gremaj is in hospital, out of danger. The suspects have been charged with "Intentional serious injury" and "Actions contrary to the Court's decision."
