The launch of the e-Albania platform today with modern technology and standards for accessibility has not solved the problems with the portal's malfunction, which businesses in the country have been facing for months.
Just a few hours after the launch of the new e-Albania platform, businesses have begun to complain that the new portal is not functional for a number of services.
"E-Albania is not functional and the system is constantly stuck. It is currently more problematic than before and does not allow the completion of online services," claims one of them.
"At the moment, invoices are not being downloaded, the system is stalled," says another business.
Businesses claim that they are encountering concrete problems on the e-Albania platform, such as:
-municipal taxes are not displayed and the system does not cross-reference with other databases, causing delays and difficulties in receiving services.
-does not accept applications with electronic signature, displaying an error message and preventing the completion of procedures
-invoices are not downloaded
A few days ago, e-Albania announced that the portal will not be functional for 3 days, namely from the 15th to the morning of May 18th, due to improvements in infrastructure and access technology.
