It is no longer news to say that the SelfCare system managed by e-Albania is not working, because in fact now news is when it works. Even today, which is also known as "Black Friday" and after it is the weekend and Monday is a holiday, businesses complain that they are unable to access SelfCare.
In the morning it worked with difficulty, while at noon when you try to log into the system, it just spins around empty.
Since the end of last year, businesses have been constantly faced with the malfunctioning of "SelfCare", the platform through which businesses carry out administrative actions online.
For days, the platform, which businesses use for invoice reconciliations, fiscalization of import invoices, issuing invoices (for the self-employed), and other services, was completely out of order.
Then the system would be fixed and then fail again very often.
Economists - who, in addition to the stress of the platform that has problems, also have to deal with the pressure of businesses, which demand accountability for something that is not in their hands - have no choice but to pray every day that SelfCare will work.
