Although he is one of the biggest businessmen in the country, Tom Doshi does not regularly pay the water bills of the party headquarters he leads. At least this is shown by the letter from the Tirana water supply company, which has addressed an official letter to the PSD and the Central Election Commission.
UKT states that PSD is a debtor for non-payment of interest on arrears and water bills.
"The unpaid debt is 336,819.40 lek, which includes principal of 306,180 lek and late interest of 30,639.40 lek," UKT reports.
It is further emphasized that if this obligation is not paid within 30 days, UKT may take administrative measures, including the interruption of water supply and procedures for collecting the obligation according to the law.
