The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, appeared today at SPAK, in compliance with the "Compulsory appearance" measure imposed by the court in connection with the "Partizani" affair.
After leaving SPAK, Berisha attacked the head of this institution, calling him Altin Troplini, and declared that Dumani is "a lawyer for the government drug cartels."
"After his ugly act of hiding in his pocket and not executing the arrest warrant for the Troplini, while they escaped. Today and forever it will remain as Altin Troplini and the main lawyer of the government drug cartels, you are witnesses that I have presented before you, the close collaboration of Taulant Balla with Suel Çela, his famous telephone conversation where he tells Suel Çela that we are arresting your opponents," said Berisha.
He didn't stop there, repeating the accusations against Judge Irena Gjoka, claiming that she had been convicted and expelled from Greece, as well as accusing the Supreme Court of Kosovo of protecting her.
"I remind Albanians how Edi Rama, the most criminal product in Europe of George Soros and Altin Troplini defend the delinquent and the true face of justice Irena Gjoka. On October 26, my lawyers submitted a request for resignation and conflict of interest in 1996, but Irena, the President of the most special court of Albania, did not accept and told the lawyers that do you have a document for this. In November 2023, the Supreme Court gives my lawyers the decision to dismiss Irena Gjoka. But two weeks later the same Supreme Court with a political order. In November, the Supreme Court tells the deputies that there is no decision-making after it had given two weeks ago and now says there is no decision-making for her dismissal in 96. In 2023, to the request of my lawyers, she responds that I do not accept to resign because it was a collegial decision. In 2024, the Greek newspaper Ta Nea publishes the article that "Irena Gjoka has been expelled from Greece," Berisha said.
