A momentary conflict within a family in Korça ended with the injury of an 18-year-old, while his stepfather was arrested.
According to preliminary information, at around 21:55, citizen AS, around 18 years old, was presented at Korça Hospital with a head injury from a cutting instrument.
Initial investigations show that the young man was injured during a petty argument with his stepfather, citizen NB, 37 years old. After the incident, the suspected perpetrator fled the scene to evade the Police.
The Police Services reacted immediately, enabling the localization, capture and escort of the 37-year-old to the Police Station. He is at the disposal of the authorities, while procedural actions continue to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
