The Administrative Court annuls the orders of the Rector of the University of Tirana, Artan Hoxha, and orders that the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dorina Hoxha, be immediately reinstated.
The court found the Rector's order unfounded in law and therefore annulled it.
Dorina Hoxha was suspended from office because she was running for member of the High Judicial Council.
