From February 1, Vlora will be without a Cadastre. The Local Directorate of the State Agency of Cadastre of Vlora will be relocated to Tirana. The decision is dated January 23, 2026 and was signed by the Director General of Cadastre, Lorena Goxhobelli. This decision enters into force from February 1, when Vlora will no longer have a Cadastre.

In accordance with letter d), article 28 of Law no. 9000, dated 30.01.2003 “On the organization and functioning of the Council of Ministers, article 9, point 2, letter c) of law no. 111/2018 “On Cadastre”, Law no. 9154, dated 06.11.2003, “On archives” and “Technical-professional and methodological norms of the archival service in the Republic of Albania”, Instruction No. 30, dated 27.12.2011 “On asset management in public sector units”, amended and in accordance with Order No. 1, dated 03.01.2024 of the General Director of the State Cadastre Agency, with the aim of improving the organization of work, increasing the efficiency of the structures of the State Cadastre Agency and providing a quality service,
I ORDER:
1. Relocation of the remaining structures of the Local Directorate of the State Cadastre Agency of Vlora, which operate in the city of Vlora, to the premises of the ASHK building with the address "Jordan Misja" street, Tirana.
2. The relocation of the work premises according to point 1 of this order shall be completed within the date
31.01.2026.
3. The Local Directorate of ASHK Vlora, as well as the Directorate of Risk Assessment and Systems and the Directorate of Investments and Services, in the General Directorate, are charged with the implementation of this order," states the decision signed by the Director General of Cadastre, Lorena Goxhobelli.
