Berisha's three mandated representatives for the negotiations, Belind Këlliçi, Ilir Alimehmeti and Flamur Noka, are expected to meet initially with the leader of the Republican Party, Fatmir Mediu, and the leader of the Agrarian Environmentalist Party, Agron Duka, today at noon. What these two might discuss among themselves about the candidacies remains a big question mark, unless they have decided to simply chat with each other.
Fatmir Mediu and Agron Duka have 0 electoral weight. Meanwhile, tomorrow the "delegation" is expected to hold meetings with the leaders of the Freedom Party, while meetings are also planned with Agron Shehaj, Adriatik Lapaj and Arlind Qori during the next week.
However, it is not known whether the latter will be part of the talks, as just a day ago, in a statement on Facebook, Arlind Qori declared that the TOGETHER Movement will run in the mayoral elections in Tirana, adhering to its character and without listening to the "mermaids that invite us hand in hand to the bottom of the sea."
