The Council on Rules of Procedure, Mandates and Immunity will meet on January 26 to consider the issue of the immunity of Deputy Prime Minister, Belinda Balluku.

By Order No. 3, dated 12.01.2026, a meeting of the Council for the Regulation, Mandates and Immunity was convened on 28 January 2026, at 12:00, at the Presidency of the Assembly, to continue the procedural review of the request of the Special Prosecution Office, which has as its object the granting of authorization by the Assembly for the arrest/deprivation of liberty of the deputy/minister/deputy prime minister, through the replacement of the security measure, according to the procedures provided for by the Constitution and the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly.
