On December 4, a meeting of the judges of the Constitutional Court is expected to take place regarding the Government's request for the suspension by decision of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku.
Thursday's meeting will be decisive for the fate of the request submitted by the executive, through which a review of the suspension measure previously imposed by the GJKKO against Balluk is requested.
Depending on the decision of the Constitutional Court, it will be decided whether the Government's request will be accepted or not. This decision will also determine the continuation or cancellation of the suspension from office imposed on Balluk.
