Sali Berisha criticized former minister Elisa Spiropali, who was speaking from her seat in the last rows of the Parliament, while the leader of the DP spoke at the podium.
The opposition leader returned to his previously articulated theory that he was dismissed from the government as revenge for Balluk.
"She calls him a peacock, and he keeps it. You call him Skanderbeg, and he takes it off. How is that?" said Berisha.
This sting forced Spiropali to respond, diverting the attack to the opposition crisis.
"Sali, you are unbelievable, because you are both the biggest whistleblower and the biggest guarantor of the system. When you free the system, the party and the opposition, we can talk. But today, this contradiction does not give you the right to speak and gives citizens the right not to trust you," said Spiropali.
Meanwhile, Balluku has not appeared in parliament for weeks.
