Former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku appeals to the High Court against the measure of suspension from exercising her functions. According to the submitted document, the former minister claims that the measure has lost its effect because she no longer holds public functions and the 3-month deadline has passed. Earlier, Balluku has appealed through which she opposes the measure of banning her from leaving the country. The former number two of the government is being investigated for abuses with road tenders. Meanwhile, SPAK has recently carried out checks on relatives and associates of the former senior official.
