Berisha proposes to change the justice reform with the help of the Venice Commission. In a press conference, he presented once again all his remarks on the reform, urging the political class to take on its reformulation.
In this process, he excluded Fatmir Xhafaj and Arben Rakipi, while warning that the DP will not participate in the electoral and territorial reform commission. According to him, the only possibility for the DP to participate is the guarantee of the participation in these commissions of representatives of the OSCE and ODIHR.
Berisha attacked Gjiknuri as the head of the electoral commissions in recent years, perhaps forgetting that he and Bylykbashi changed the code a year ago in order to close the lists for deputies.
