New details have been made public regarding the gunshot wound that occurred this Thursday afternoon in Shkodra, where Vladimir Bruçi was injured.
It is learned that the suspected perpetrator of the incident is Pjerin Bitani. According to preliminary information, the cause of the conflict is suspected to have been a debate between the parties regarding security cameras.
Bruçi has been transported to the hospital, where he is receiving the necessary medical assistance, while the Police services are working to locate and capture the suspected perpetrator.
According to the official Police announcement, the incident occurred at around 2:30 PM, in the "Partizani" neighborhood. Authorities report that the citizen with the initials PB is suspected of having wounded citizen VB with a firearm, for weak motives.
Police services immediately arrived at the scene, while the investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is continuing its actions to fully clarify and document the circumstances of the incident.
