Riza Çela, one of four brothers accused of being part of a structured criminal group that was busted by SPAK after trafficking 16 tons of cocaine, surrenders in Peqin. The other two brothers, Elvis and Albin Çela, were arrested earlier, while Ardian Çela remains wanted. Elvis Çela is considered the main character, as he has lived in Paraguay for years, where he has established contacts with drug trafficking bosses and with Franc Çopjan, the head of the criminal organization "Çopja".
Elvis Çela had moved to Albania, where he was arrested for a murder committed in Italy.
Fadil, alias Julian Balla, president of the "Erzeni" club and owner of "Ajman Park", is suspected of involvement in the trafficking of 11 tons of cocaine, of which 600 kg were seized in a flat in the Netherlands that was considered his base.
Meanwhile, SPAK is investigating the financial relations between the four Çela brothers and the owners of "Klajdi Park", after they had a share sale and purchase. For this reason, Osman Kokoshi's mobile phone has been seized.
The criminal organization was hit by SPAK after the dismantling of the "Sky ECC" application, while assets worth millions of euros were seized.
The names of the suspects of the criminal organization that was hit by SPAK have been revealed. Among the suspects is Fadil Alis Jul Balla, the owner of Ajman Resort.
SPAK orders a search of Klajdi Resort and seizes the owner's cell phone, Osman Kokoshi.
