SPAK has decided to extend the investigations against former Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, by three months.
The decision was made due to the need for more time to carry out other investigative actions related to the case. Currently, Balluku is suspended from executive functions and only holds the mandate of a deputy in the Albanian Parliament.
We recall that a previous request by SPAK to lift her immunity and arrest her was rejected by the majority in the Assembly.
