Police have seized security cameras on the Mamurras-Laç axis, after the former leader of the Democratic Party of Albania in the administrative unit of Dajç, Sokol Toma, was brutally raped in the Sandzak area, breaking his legs and cutting off his ear. Investigators are hoping that the moment of violence was captured by the cameras, as it would help them identify the aggressors.
Following the investigation, testimonies from several people were taken, and they will be questioned again at Sokol Toma Hospital.
The 53-year-old is hospitalized in Trauma and his condition is stabilized, despite serious injuries.
