The Supreme Court rejects Meta's request to exclude Judge Ilir Panda from

The Supreme Court rejected former President Ilir Meta's request to exclude Judge Ilir Panda from hearing his case. Meta is asking the Supreme Court to revoke the security measure.

He is being tried in a preliminary hearing at the GJKKO for corruption, money laundering and concealment of assets. The former president has been held in custody since October 2024.
