The principal of a private school in Elbasan has been criminally prosecuted by the Elbasan police after appearing in a "scandalous" video on social media while raping students in the schoolyard and throwing their food.
The police initiated criminal prosecution of Turkish citizen Fatih Konuksever for the criminal offense of "Insulting minors".
