Residents of Rrjoli in Velipojë have protested again today against the project to build a luxury resort in the area.
After rallying in front of the Parliament and the Special Prosecution Office, they gathered again today in Velipoja to express their opposition to the project.
During the protest, there was also a clash between protesters and law enforcement officers in an attempt by residents to prevent the work from taking place and blocking vehicles after they sat on the road.
"You workers, we workers, you with blood, we with blood," they say, while also declaring that they are ready to give their lives for the land of their ancestors.
"We will die here for our land and that of our grandparents," he said.
