US President Donald Trump has said he will impose global tariffs of 15%, as he continues to challenge a Supreme Court ruling that struck down his previous import taxes.
Trump said Friday he would replace the court-struck tariffs with a 10% tax on all goods entering the US.
But on Saturday, he announced on Truth Social that this would be increased to 15%.
These will take effect on Tuesday, February 24, and could only remain in effect for about five months before the administration seeks Congressional approval.
