The prestigious Time magazine has published the list of the 100 most influential people in the world for 2026, which includes some of the most important figures in global politics.
This list includes United States President Donald Trump, as well as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is included for the fifth time in his career.
Among the other names selected are US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the head of the US armed forces, Dan Caine, and White House envoy Steve Witkoff.
The list also includes other political leaders such as the president of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum, the mayor of New York, Zohran Mamdani, and the governor of Minnesota, Jacob Frey.
In the profile dedicated to Benjamin Netanyahu, the magazine emphasizes that he is considered 'responsible for the greatest security failure in his country's history,' referring to the Hamas attack on October 7, 2023.
However, according to the article, he managed to return to the political scene after this event.
Meanwhile, for Zohran Mamdani, the article dwells on his strong criticism of Israel, emphasizing that relations with important constituencies, including parts of the Jewish community, will test his ability to turn ideas into concrete actions.
