Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Sunday that his government is working with US President Donald Trump's team to end the war in Gaza, although he said the details have not yet been finalized. "It's not finalized yet, but we are working with President Trump's team, actually, as we speak," Netanyahu said in an interview.
Netanyahu stressed that the plan being discussed calls for—essentially—the demilitarization of Gaza and the release of all Israeli hostages held by Hamas. “I hope we make it a reality, because we want to free our hostages, we want to remove the Hamas government, disarm them, demilitarize Gaza and create a new future for Gazans and Israelis, and for the entire region,” he added.
