England took the lead in the 55th minute but were unable to manage their lead. After the goal, the English team retreated to defense, giving Argentina more space to seek an equalizer.
The Albiceleste's pressure paid off in the 85th minute when Enzo Fernandez equalised. Just a few minutes later, in the 91st minute, Inter striker Lautaro Martinez scored the winning goal, sending Argentina to the grand final.
In the challenge for the trophy, Argentina will face Spain, which previously secured a place in the final after defeating France.
