Manchester United are seriously considering the possibility of signing Rafael Leao from AC Milan during the summer transfer window.
The Red Devils are looking to strengthen their attacking options and see the 26-year-old Portuguese as one of their main targets for next season. Leao has made 290 official appearances for Milan so far, scoring 80 goals and providing 65 assists.
According to reports from Caught Offside, Manchester United executives are aware that Milan will not easily allow the Portuguese star to leave, so they are preparing an offer that includes around 50 million euros plus a player.
The list of players who could be included in the deal includes Manuel Ugarte, Joshua Zirkzee and Marcus Rashford. Rashford is currently on loan at Barcelona, while the Catalan club have not yet decided whether to activate their €30m purchase option.
In addition to Manchester United, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Arsenal and Liverpool have also shown interest in Leao, although none of them have yet taken concrete steps to transfer the Portuguese.
