From the blue headquarters, the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, declares every day that with Edi Rama there are no free elections in Albania, but it remains a "mystery" how the opposition will undo this reality.
Even today, the leader of the Democrat Party declared that in September the opposition's action will be focused on mobilizing citizens for a free vote. But this statement is very vague about the opposition's plans for the fall, just a month away from the start of the new parliamentary session.
In a press conference, Berisha declared that the opposition and Albanian citizens can never vote as free people as long as Edi Rama is in power.
According to him, the removal of the current prime minister is the fundamental condition for guaranteeing a fair and free electoral process.
According to him, general civic resistance is the only way out of this situation and to restore democracy in the country.
"The opposition and the Albanians must have and do have it clear that they can never vote as free citizens with Edi Rama. Rama's departure is the condition of all conditions for the citizens to decide with their will for the next government. Therefore, the DP will do everything to mobilize the Albanians for their vote, not only in Albania, but also throughout the diaspora, against the representatives of the narco-state in the diaspora. They are representatives of the state that is the enemy of the free vote of the Albanians and we are dealing with an autocratic dictatorship that has drugs, crime and theft of the Albanians as its driving force. Therefore, the general resistance of the Albanian citizens is the way out of this situation", said Berisha.
