Protests by students and high school students have also escalated in other cities in the country, where clashes with police, attacks on institutions, and burning and destruction of public property have been recorded. The most serious incidents have been recorded in Durrës, Shkodër, Korçë and Elbasan, while tensions have also been reported in Lushnje, Vlorë and Kukës.
In Durrës, the protest has degenerated into violent clashes with the police, leaving five officers injured and over ten people detained. Protesters have thrown stones and paving slabs at the police, while the police have set up barricades about 50 meters from the police station to prevent their approach.
During the protest, the premises of the Prosecutor's Office and the Albanian Post Office were damaged, while trash cans and trees near the Municipality were burned. The protesters also broke the door of the Prefecture, entering the building. The incidents began after the march of students of the "Aleksandër Moisiu" University, who had initially gathered on the Spitalla campus.
In Shkodra, protesters attacked the Municipality building with stones, breaking the windows of the first floors. Attacks were also reported against the headquarters of the Socialist Party and the Democratic Party, while damage was also recorded at the premises of the Rectorate. A wooden cabin was burned during the protest.
Clashes with the police have led to the expulsion of several protesters, while the Commander of the Order Forces in this city, Fasli Rama, was hit in the head with a stone and was transported to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana as his condition was not good. The protest had started with the march of students of the "Luigj Gurakuqi" University, before the situation became tense near the institutions.
In Korça, protesters have attacked educational institutions and the police station building with stones. Windows have been broken at the “Raqi Qirinxhi” high school, traffic signs have been damaged and trash cans have been burned. Protesters have also blocked the city’s main boulevard.
The situation became even more tense as police intervened to escort the protesters. The head of the Korça police station, Emiljan Pashaj, was physically attacked during a clash with the youth, while the police intervened with increased forces and escorted several people. Law enforcement also blocked the road leading to the police station to prevent further incidents.
Në Elbasan, protestuesit kanë shkatërruar dhe djegur kosha mbeturinash, kanë dëmtuar tabela të qarkullimit rrugor dhe orendi të tjera publike. Një prej incidenteve më të rënda është regjistruar pranë gjimnazit “Kostandin Kristoforidhi”, ku protestuesit kanë shembur derën e institucionit arsimor.
Policia ka shoqëruar tre të rinj pas incidenteve, ndërsa një grup qytetarësh është mbledhur përpara komisariatit për të kërkuar lirimin e tyre. Protesta kishte nisur në orët e mëngjesit, me grumbullimin e gjimnazistëve përpara Bashkisë dhe marshimin drejt shkollave të tjera të qytetit.
Në Lushnjë, protesta e gjimnazistëve ka nisur nga shkolla e mesme mekanike dhe është zgjeruar me pjesëmarrjen e nxënësve të gjimnazeve “28 Nëntori”, “Jani Nushi” dhe “Vath Korreshi”. Të rinjtë kanë marshuar në rrugët e qytetit, duke bllokuar qarkullimin e automjeteve. Gjatë tubimit janë dëmtuar kosha mbeturinash dhe mbrojtëse metalike përgjatë rrugëve.
Në Vlorë, tensionet kanë nisur pranë gjimnazit “Ali Demi”, ku protestuesit kanë bllokuar hyrjen e shkollës dhe u kanë kërkuar nxënësve të ndërpresin mësimin. Situata ka shkaktuar shqetësim te prindërit, disa prej të cilëve kanë mbërritur në oborrin e shkollës dhe u kanë kërkuar llogari protestuesve. Më pas, të rinjtë janë zhvendosur drejt Bashkisë së Vlorës, ku kanë qëlluar me vezë godinën e institucionit.
Në Kukës, grupe të rinjsh dhe të miturish kanë dëmtuar stola dhe tabela të qarkullimit rrugor në qendër të qytetit. Protestuesit kanë goditur me gurë edhe godinën e Pallatit të Kulturës, ndërsa forca policie kanë ndjekur lëvizjen e tyre në rrugët kryesore.
Në Divjakë, protesta është shoqëruar me marshimin e të rinjve dhe djegien e një kabine prej druri. Nxënësit kanë bojkotuar mësimin për t'iu bashkuar protestave, ndërsa nuk ka ende një bilanc të konfirmuar për persona të shoqëruar apo të lënduar.
Në Fier, gjimnazistët e shkollës “Petro Sota” janë grumbulluar në shenjë proteste, por tubimi i tyre është shpërndarë brenda pak minutash. Në qytet është zhvilluar edhe një marshim i kufizuar, pa incidente të rënda apo përplasje të raportuara me policinë.
Në Roskovec, disa grupe nxënësish kanë bojkotuar mësimin, por nuk janë raportuar dëmtime të institucioneve apo përplasje të dhunshme.
Në Sarandë, nxënësit e gjimnazit “Hasan Tahsini” kanë bojkotuar mësimin dhe u kanë bërë thirrje bashkëmoshatarëve të bashkohen me protestën. Disa prej tyre kanë pretenduar se nxënës të tjerë janë detyruar të hyjnë në mësim për shkak të presioneve. Këto pretendime nuk janë konfirmuar në mënyrë të pavarur, ndërsa nuk janë raportuar incidente të dhunshme.
Në Kamëz, nxënës dhe studentë kanë marshuar drejt Tiranës për t'iu bashkuar protestës në kryeqytet. Gjatë mobilizimit nuk janë raportuar incidente të veçanta në qytet.
The third day of protests has left behind injured police officers, people being escorted, and damage to municipalities, prosecutors, schools, party headquarters, and public spaces.
