Tirana Police has announced that it has taken several measures for the smooth running of the NATO Conference on Cyber Defense, which will take place on October 8-10, 2025, at the Palace of Congresses.
Specifically, in order to achieve these goals, the following measures have been taken:
-Restriction of vehicle movement on "Deshmorët e Kombit" Boulevard, from the traffic light near the Presidency to "Mother Teresa" Square (including the square), "Gjergj Filipi" Street, as well as on the axis connecting the "Marriott" Hotel with "Deshmorët e Kombit" Boulevard;
-The sidewalk from the entrance of the "Rogner" hotel to the Congress Palace will be blocked for pedestrians throughout the duration of the conference.
The restrictions will be in effect from 07:00 on October 9, 2025, until 15:00 on October 10, 2025.
Tirana Police appeals to citizens for understanding and cooperation. We also invite you to avoid unnecessary movements in restricted areas, and to respect the signage and instructions of Police officers on the ground.
