The suspect in the attempted rape of a 24-year-old disabled woman in the Kipseli area of Athens has been handed over to the police. According to police sources, Albanian citizen Mark Preçi, 64, turned himself in to the police, denying the charges against him. Greek media report that the suspect initially stated that the entire incident was a misunderstanding and that he had no intention of harming the 24-year-old.
