Based on and in implementation of the law "On Gatherings", the Tirana Police has undertaken all measures to guarantee public order, enforce the rights and freedoms of citizens and participants in gatherings, as well as protect public and private property.
In implementation of these measures, in order to guarantee the smooth running of the rally, movement will be restricted on several road axes/segments today, specifically:
-From 14:00, vehicles will not be allowed to park on "Dëshmorët e Kombit" boulevard, on "Mother Teresa" square, on "Ismail Qemali" street, from the intersection of Elbasani Street with "Ibrahim Rrugova" street, on "Papa Gjon Pali II" street, on "Jeanne D'Ark" boulevard and "Bajram Curri" boulevard, from the intersection of Elbasani Street with "Ibrahim Rugova" street;
