The directors of ARRSH and KESH have been replaced, a few weeks after SPAK indicted the two directors who left office.
Gentian Gjyli, currently indicted by SPAK for “violation of equality in tenders” and under the security measure of “house arrest”, has been removed from the management of the Albanian Road Authority. He has been replaced by Ami Kozeli, who was previously Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Energy.
Viola Haxhiademi has been appointed as the head of KESH, while the management of the institution previously belonged to Erald Elezit, who is also under "house arrest" by decision of the GJKKO, accused of violating equality in tenders.
Meanwhile, Besjan Kadiu leaves the position of Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and is appointed Secretary General at the Ministry of Infrastructure.
We recall that Gentian Gjyli and Erald Elezi are accused of violating equality in tenders. Gjyli is being held under security measures only for the Llogara tender, while Elezi is accused of both tender procedures, Llogara and Unaza e Madhe.
