The Constitutional Court declares the end of the mandate of the Constitutional Court judge. This is Judge Sonila Bejtja. The Presidency, as the appointing body, must announce the vacancy for Bejtja's successor.

The final decision will be published on the official website of the Court, and will be sent to the parties in the process, justified within the legal deadlines provided for by Law No. 8577, dated 10.02.2000 “On the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania”, as amended by the Regulation on Judicial Procedures of the Constitutional Court.
