The Prime Minister's digital karma is repeating itself. While we are still being bombarded with his visionary speeches about the digitalization of Albania, up to the abolition of physical money, as well as the shame he inflicted on banks that are not, according to him, advanced in digitalization and therefore should be placed under the care of the AKSHI for systems, the reality is completely different.
In the digital services provided by state institutions, we were not given a fair share. They are not 100% operational, or, as best practices aim for, close to 100%. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Citizens and businesses suffer from this "laziness" of the systems, who are unable to meet their needs.
And let's not forget that the budget funds for such systems, that is, the money we all pay, are considerable. However, Rama's government and institutions have not seen fit to have accountability indicators for the quality and continuity of such services.
A final plea, Mr. Prime Minister: redirect the butt of the rifle against justice from Bela's file to Mirlinda's file. It's better to save Mirlinda so that our systems can function, than to find alternative routes to Canada, or to the EU let's delay it a little, because we're used to it without her. And fire that Diella, because her voice is not heard at all and she hasn't even seemed to care.
