The meeting of the mandates council, where SPAK's request for Balluk's arrest is being reviewed, was accompanied by debates between the majority and the opposition.
The Democrats demand that the meeting be open to the media and that all materials and the USB with the complete file that SPAK has submitted to the Assembly be made available.
Meanwhile, on the other hand, the Socialists have requested that the meeting of the Immunity and Mandates Council be held behind closed doors.
Debates regarding this procedure have prevented the hearing of the claims by SPAK prosecutors from starting yet.
The two prosecutors in the case, Dritan Prençi and Dorina Bejko, have arrived at the Assembly, accompanied by the new head of the institution, Klodian Braho, who is on the first day of his mandate as leader.
