Biseida Chakërri
Briseida Çakërri was sworn in today as a member of the Albanian Parliament, replacing Brunilda Mersini, who resigned from her mandate to run in the by-elections for the Municipality of Vlora, to be held on November 9.
"Briseida Çakërri is granted the mandate of deputy from the multi-member list of the Socialist Party in the Vlora district," announced the Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Klodiana Spahiu, who invited Çakërri to take the oath in front of the deputies.
After her oath, the Assembly continued with the plenary session, where the agenda included the motion with debate for the dismissal of the Speaker of the Assembly, Niko Peleshi.
