The director of "Shqipëria Bëhet", Adriatik Lapaj, appeared a day ago in Delvinë where he helped extinguish fires with makeshift tools. But for the video he published himself, putting out the fire with a bottle of water, he received criticism and negative comments on social networks, among other things.
Lapaj reacted today to these negative comments, saying that he read more anger about the fact that he used water cans to put out the flames than about the arrested arsonists.
To convince citizens that he is serious about fighting the fire, Mr. Lapaj also posted a video from Turkey showing citizens fighting the flames by emptying water cans. Now that fire is extinguished with water, this does not take much to understand, but trying to put out a large fire with a water can and with a camera on seems a bit like an impossible mission. Either something more efficient needs to be found, or at least ridiculous efforts should not be filmed and posted as serious, because the propaganda virus has taken so many roots in this country that the risk of being affected by it is present at any moment.
