One of the reasons why the opposition is failing to turn the civic revolt into a political majority is because it often continues to fight the wrong people, especially you.
When the opposition is photographed exposing the faces of civilian police during protests as if they have uncovered a major conspiracy, in fact they only lose points, because no one is surprised that a government maintains order through police structures, whether in uniform or plainclothes. These people are not the Flamur system, many of them are just as tired as the rest of society, but they are wage earners at the end of the month.
And it becomes even more problematic when figures like you, Flamur Noka, attack today the structures they once led themselves. This does not create trust, Flamur. It creates the perception of political hypocrisy. Because I rightly ask you if the system was so bad, where were you when you were leading it?
This is (in my opinion) one of the reasons why the Albanian revolt does not automatically translate into votes for the opposition, because dissatisfaction with the government is not enough. The opposition must convince people that it is really different. And this cannot be done with the same faces, with the same language, the same mentality and the same airless structure for decades. Long live the closed lists because in the open ones you could hardly get a mandate. Go out and prove your worth in the field.
Today we are not simply seeking a replacement of power, we are seeking a change in political culture, Flamur.
Even at these rates, the opposition risks heading towards political death as a force, because it is not producing vision, it is not producing hope. And an opposition without a long-term plan does not create expectations among the electorate. Again, according to me, Flamur.
Today more than ever, the opposition needs the gray vote. That silent part of society that is neither militant of the government nor of the opposition. Precisely that layer of citizens that is tired of both sides and that seeks seriousness, new spirit and credibility. But the gray vote is not won with political screams, Flamur, it is won with real alternatives, with young people, with self-criticism and with vision.
Because every time the opposition fails to convince this part of society, in practice it only legitimizes the absolute power of the current government. Because the biggest problem of the opposition today is not the lack of civic revolt. The revolt exists. The problem is the lack of confidence that this opposition really represents something new.
Ps: Until the opposition understands that its battle is with the power model and not with the system's employees, Rilindja will only prosper.
(This is an open discussion, Flamur, it's time for you to listen to us, insults are not allowed, opposing opinions should start being accepted).
