Death is a punishment and will come to everyone. The great God created it with his greatness and blessed is he who leaves this world doing good things and gaining God's pleasure. No one needs to be consoled by parties or politicians. The consolation of parties and politicians is something formal that is done by the parties and politicians themselves to show what values they defend, what they are in essence. The DP has long lost its direction, for years, it is not known how long. The DP does not know how to value either life or death anymore. The DP has turned into a party that lives only on the two-dimensional plane.
The departure from the temporary world of Namir Lapardha, a rare man, an emblem of gentleness and virtue, an emblem of intellectual and political clarity, a man who has been a family member of the DP since its founding, a man who has been a member of the National Council and secretary of the DP branch in Berat, an exemplary public figure of the DP, should have touched the DP leadership at least a little, should have made them express appreciation and respect for him. His opinions, different from the DP leadership, caused the DP and its leadership to be led by anger and almost hatred. The DP and its leadership react and talk about everything, even comfort the Americans for the loss of lives in a school in Colorado (and they do well) and drown in anger by remaining silent about Namir. Of course, neither Namir nor anyone on the face of the earth needs what the parties say, especially when they go to eternal life. The parties need it.
If the DP wants to win and defeat the SP one day, it must understand that for the right, for the conservatives, the sacred is not the party and political power. The sacred is related to the teachings of God, to the moral values and laws that emanate from it. For the right, politics is something that must be developed within these limitations and must necessarily follow the rules and morals that come from these teachings. For the right, the only truth is not politics or the party, in fact, politics and the party are very wrong. For the right, leading from anger, cursing, insulting, accusations, lynchings, are punishable sins. For the right, the deceased, neighbor, friend, father, mother, family, honor, respect are things that have a much higher sanctity than politics and the party.
These are not empty moral lessons that have no connection to politics. This is politics. At the center of the conservative right's action is civility, from there everything springs. For the right, civility, courtesy, moderation bring three fundamental consequences in good politics, in what is done for people and society. Civility makes civil cohesion possible, social cohesion, and this cohesion gathers, brings people together around moral values that enable social peace and the moral values with which children are lived and raised. When civility disappears, then life turns into a battlefield, conflict takes hold, families and communities begin to experience major fractures and serious rifts.
Secondly, civility, measured behavior, careful language, communication with ethics and nobility is an expression of respect for other human beings. When we behave in this way, we show that we are creatures of God who demands respect for the dignity of each of His creatures. Respect for each of His creatures and for their dignity is a duty. Disrespect is disrespect for God and at the same time shows that we do not even accept respect for ourselves.
And third, civility, good manners, and measured language help us discover truths that may be in someone else, that may be in the other side or in those who have a different opinion than us. Truth can never be something that one person possesses.
