The plane carrying Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the United States has again used the airspace of Greece, Italy and France, despite these countries being members of the International Criminal Court, which has issued an arrest warrant for him.
According to data published by FlightRadar, the plane departed from Israel at noon and followed a similar itinerary to previous trips to the US, flying over the Mediterranean and the airspace of several European countries, before arriving in Washington, where Netanyahu is expected to hold a meeting with US President Donald Trump.
Even on trips made on December 28 and February 10, the Israeli prime minister's plane passed over Greece, Italy and France. Meanwhile, during his visit to the UN General Assembly in New York in September 2025, Netanyahu used the airspace of Greece and Italy, but avoided that of France.
On November 21, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Benjamin Netanyahu and former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant on suspicion of war crimes and crimes against humanity committed during the conflict in the Gaza Strip.
