That Rama is the all-encompassing totality of Albania, this statement has already taken on axiomatic value. A few years ago, Rama, with his mind, taunted bank directors as backward in the field of digital services and boasting of the capabilities and security of AKSHI. As the totality that he is, he immediately took the slap in the face. What happened was the disclosure of citizens' data as a result of the "Iranian attack" on the systems managed by the government and Mr. Rama's institutions. Since that day, the data that citizens are forced to submit to government institutions has been continuously disclosed, while after the investigations and measures of the special prosecutor's office of AKSHI, the government service systems have continuously failed, despite the super-large funds "invested". Banks today both work and carefully store their customers' data. The only bank whose data was leaked was Credins Bank, which had a service connection, to put it simply, with e-albania, and was likely made more vulnerable to the attacks.
A few days ago we were all witnesses to Rama's unscrupulous defense of construction in Albania, in fact he was defending his policy of unscrupulous use of land for construction and the fat budget that accompanies it. Not by irony of fate, nor by chance, but as a series of chronicles of warned misdeeds, his defense was again burned in the fire that broke out in the building-palace built by Armand Lilo's construction company (once again exposing the Credins Bank, owned by this same person - unfortunately, any proximity to the institutions of the Renaissance governments, with its permits and licenses, also has the cost of reputation and exposure).
What does the whole recent event show?
It shows that Albania is not managed by the institutions that the government has established. Rama's governance is just a facade and empty summits, which again, to spite the packed parade of the "Diaspora Summit", gathered when a corner of Tirana was burning.
It shows that the security conditions in the country are extremely vulnerable. The government's greed for the budgets of the construction industry has produced a city that is impassable, especially for emergency assistance (health and fire protection); it has produced a concentration of housing that increases the probability of damage from catastrophic events (earthquakes, fire, etc.); it has produced construction and operation of business units where there is no control over how they are protected from fire or water (there is a state office for this purpose) and finally it has produced a building that is continuously destroying the properties of Albanians (there are millions of euros in damage caused to the families that were affected by the shocking event).
Above all, it has produced extreme irresponsibility. The occurrence of fires has become a phenomenon in forests and pastures and we are always found without sufficient management preparations. But the occurrence of fires in apartments is no longer an isolated phenomenon. About three years ago, exactly the same form of arson occurred in another building. A short time ago, the fire also consumed the market areas in Shkodra and Tirana. No reflection from these events, just as there was no reflection from the September 2019 earthquake and we were without any preparation for the November 2019 earthquake.
And as always after a disaster, the whole thing appears with stale propaganda and exploits disasters in the most evil way. He ordered that the building be rebuilt by the builder - without waiting for the investigation and finding out the real causes of the fire (whether the culprit was intentional or not) and the fire's momentum (which seems to directly blame the materials used by the builders). So he gives an order that may even turn out to be illegal tomorrow. Meanwhile, the reconstruction does not compensate for the damage to the apartments. But Mr. Rama also blames residents for not insuring their homes, because he certainly lacks the minimum logic of reasoning and understanding that insurance companies do not insure uninsurable units (where the probability of fire damage is high due to the material used) or even if they are insured, these are events that, if followed seriously, are excluded from compensation (despite the fact that insurance companies may accept compensation payments due to servility to the government, because then the regulator is involved and he knows how to abuse the law).
The company that carried out the construction rushed to declare that it had built according to all permits (read: it is not its fault, but the state institutions'), but for the sake of social responsibility it will rebuild them, tarnishing the concept of social responsibility that has nothing to do with compensation for damage where the material used by the builder undoubtedly plays a role (so that the reader can make the distinction, social responsibility is an ethical framework that obliges individuals and entities to act for the good of society in general, and not only in favor of their own interests).
The truth is that the alliance of government institutions and that group of businesses (this time owners of construction and banking companies) close to the government are what are making life in Albania unsafe. And there is no insurance policy in the world that protects you from this alliance, because the occurrence of a tragedy (tomorrow perhaps of even greater proportions) is no longer a probabilistic event, but a certain event.
