Erion Braçe has chosen to react to the VNA article about the closed-door meeting of the SP parliamentary group. It is his right. It is equally our right to stand by the reporting and the sources on which it is based.
In his status, Mr. Brace admits that the meetings are recorded. This makes the solution very simple: let him publish the audio. If we are wrong, we will admit it publicly. If not, even the public opinion will understand why the meetings continue to be held behind closed doors.
It would even be better if the MP himself demanded that the parliamentary group meetings not be secret. Transparency is the best medicine against the "transformations" he claims.
Until then, we will continue to do our job: reporting what happens, even when someone doesn't like it.
And finally, a thank you to Mr. Braçe. By posting the VNA article himself on his profile, he gave us the best possible advertisement. It is rare that a public figure invests so much energy to bring more readers to a media outlet that he criticizes. For that, thank you very much.
