The full details of Florian Sula's kidnapping have been revealed. According to the prosecution, he was kidnapped by Hysen Neza, Jurgen Neza and Kevin Neza, who, while raping him, demanded a sum of money in cryptocurrencies in a foreign digital wallet.
So what "betrayed" the Neza brothers and their cousin? What is the evidence against them? Why did they refuse to provide explanations to investigators? Below are the full details.
Sula's Testimony
Florjan Sula appeared at the Tirana Police Department, explaining that: on 31.03.2026 he went to the "Angels" gym, located on "Rrugën e Kavajës". He explains that, at around 20:40, when he went down to the first floor, where there is a bar-cafe, he was confronted by three people dressed in black sports suits. According to him, two of them were wearing masks and hats, while one was only wearing a hat.
Florjani explains that the two masked men were around 20-30 years old, while the unmasked man was around 35-36 years old. He explains that when the aforementioned men stopped him, they called him by name, introduced themselves as BKH employees, and asked him to come with them. Two of them put their arms around him, leading him towards the exit. Florjani asked them why he needed to be accompanied, and the unmasked man told him that they would explain it to him at the police station.
After that, Florjan was put into a "Mercedes Benz" vehicle, type "C Class", gray in color, with English license plates and right-hand drive. The vehicle was parked near the sidewalk and Florjan got into the vehicle from the back door, with two masked people standing on either side of him and the person without a mask driving the vehicle.
Florjan explains that as soon as the vehicle started moving in the direction of the "Palace of Arrows", the masked men lowered his head between his knees and, after that, he was unable to see the direction of movement.
On 10.04.2026, the police conducted a partial examination of the telephone of citizen Florjan Sula, where, in interest for the investigation, the "WhatsApp" application was examined, specifically the conversation with the telephone number +573156838326, registered under the name "medelin", where, among other things, he is asked to pay a monetary amount in cryptocurrencies to a foreign digital wallet, in which the amount is not mentioned.
The moment of the abduction
Security camera footage helped investigators identify the suspects in Sula's kidnapping. Through it, the entire route followed, the vehicles used, and the warehouse in Durrës where Sula was held hostage were reconstructed.
Thus: on 11.04.2026, the video footage was reviewed, which resulted in:
From the examination of the video footage taken in the private parking lot "B…", which is located on the -1st floor of the "S…" building complex, on "Kavajës" street, it can be seen that on 24.03.2026, the time on the recording device marks 15:39:41, a "Mercedes Benz" vehicle, model "C Class", gray in color and with a license plate apparently "YB10 LPA", white in front, enters the premises of this parking lot. This vehicle is then parked in a parking space of this entity.
It is noted that the rear license plate of the vehicle is yellow, the windows are tinted and the discs are gray with 7 divisions. At 15:43:06, a male person, dressed in dark clothes, gets out of this vehicle, who is later identified as citizen Hysen Neza.
At 15:43:59, a "BMW" type vehicle, model "X6", white in color and with license plates apparently "JN777ZZ" arrives at the premises of this entity. This vehicle approaches and parks next to a "Mercedes Benz" model "C Class" vehicle with license plates "YB10 LPA", from which two citizens get off and meet citizen Hysen Neza.
The person wearing dark tracksuits with a white stripe on the side, dark sneakers and a sports shirt has been identified as citizen Jurgen Neza, while the other person, wearing dark clothes and dark sneakers, has been identified as citizen Kevin Neza. These three citizens together move in the direction of the parking exit towards the entrance of the stairs.
From 24.03.2026 to 31.03.2026, from the review of the video footage at the "B..." car wash, the vehicle with the license plate "YB10 LPA", of the "Mercedes Benz" brand, has not moved from its parking space.
On 31.03.2026, at 18:53:16, a "Mercedes Benz" vehicle, model "CLS Brabus", gray in color and with license plates "AA111SM" is seen entering the parking lot. Three people get out of this vehicle and stand next to it.
At 19:43:17, two of these individuals approach a Mercedes Benz model "C Class" with license plate "YB10 LPA". The individuals are wearing dark tracksuits and dark sneakers.
At 19:47:52, a third person approaches and the vehicle's positioning lights are turned on. This person, identified as Kevin Neza, is wearing dark tracksuit bottoms, a dark hoodie, and dark sneakers.
Then, Hysen Neza got into the front passenger seat, Jurgen Neza into the driver's seat, and Kevin Neza into the back seat. At 19:50:42 the vehicle left the parking lot.
The footage shows citizen Florjan Sula leaving the gym, while the three citizens approach him, stop him and, after introducing themselves as police officers, put him in a vehicle and drive away in the direction of the "Palace of Arrows".
How the suspects were betrayed
The identification of these citizens was made possible by verifying the personalized license plate "JN777ZZ", which turns out to be owned by citizen Hysen Neza.
In the "TikTok" application, in the profile "JN777ZZ", a "Range Rover" vehicle with the license plate "AB535RY" is found, which is owned by citizen Jurgen Neza. Also, from confidential sources it was learned that the third accomplice is citizen Kevin Neza.
Subsequently, the number +573156838326 was called through the "WhatsApp" application, from which it turned out that this number belonged to one of the phones of citizen Hysen Neza, specifically an "iPhone 14 Pro Max".
During a search of the apartment of citizen Jurgen Neza, a pair of "Nike" brand sneakers with the inscription "AirMax", similar to those used on the day of the incident, were found and seized.
A search was also conducted at a warehouse in the village of Vëllazërim, Sukth commune, where vehicles suspected of being related to the incident were found, and a DVR with footage was seized.
Kevin and Hysen Neza stated that they are in good psychological and emotional condition and will provide explanations at another stage of the investigation.
