Hamzah Uka has been convicted by the Tirana Court on charges of “Incitement, public call and propaganda for the commission of acts with terrorist intent” and “Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition.”
The former Albanian commando in Iraq, whose birth name was Erzen Uka, was identified at the time by anti-terrorists as a person with radical Islamic leanings.
He trained his children for fighting like extremist fighters.
