SPAK announces the claim for some of the defendants of one of the factions in the Revanshi file.
The defendants are primarily accused of providing conditions to commit murder.
For Astrit Avdyli alias Balliu, the leader of the Avdyli criminal group, a sentence of 15 years in prison was requested, but with a shortened trial of 10 years in prison. For Emiljano Shullazi, a sentence of 10 years in prison was requested.
A sentence of 6 years in prison was requested for Naim Stafuka, who is the brother of Enver Stafuka, who was kidnapped and disappeared without a trace.
For Blerim Abazi, Besian Xhixha, Viktor Ymeri, Satilno Basha and Enver Diva, and Robert Laçi, the final sentence is 6 years and 8 months in prison each.
Gjergj Cukali was sentenced to 7 years in prison.
For Xhelal Rraja, the brother of former socialist MP Rrahman Rraja, a sentence of 6 years, and the same number of years for Miri Bruli.
